The JBM-06RF Upright Metallographic Microscope is a professional-grade microscope designed for metallurgical analysis, semiconductor inspection, electronics manufacturing, wafer inspection, materials science, and industrial quality control. It combines Bright Field (BF) and Dark Field (DF) observation with an advanced infinity optical system to deliver exceptional image clarity, contrast, and resolution for detailed surface analysis.
Equipped with a 5–35° tilting ergonomic viewing head, precision Infinity LWD Plan Achromatic Metallurgical Objectives, and a high-accuracy focusing mechanism, the JBM-06RF provides comfortable operation and precise inspection. The microscope supports both reflected and transmitted illumination, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and research applications. Its trinocular head also enables digital camera integration for image capture, measurement, and documentation.
